Beit Street in South Belfast was home to Firewatcher Thomas George Bell. He was an early casualty of the Docks Raid on the night of 7th-8th April 1941.
The following residents died as a result of enemy action during the Belfast Blitz.

Firewatcher Thomas George Bell of 2 Beit Street, Belfast died on 8th April 1941 as bombs fell on the shipyard of Harland and Wolff Ltd. during the Docks Raid.
