Civilian Arthur Donnelly was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his parents Joseph Michael Donnelly and Susannah Hope Donnelly, brothers Thomas Donnelly and Robert Moorhead Donnelly, and sisters Susannah Donnelly, Annie Donnelly and Maggie Donnelly at 23 Hogarth Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
Arthur Donnelly died on 16th April 1941 aged 35 years old at 23 Hogarth Street, Belfast.
