Civilian Charlotte Mawhinney was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her parents William Mawhinney and Elizabeth Mawhinney at 9 Avondale Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
