Civilian Ellen Taggart was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her parents William Henry Taggart and Elizabeth Taggart at 29 Leonard Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
Ellen Taggart died on 15th April 1941 aged 6 years old at 135 Mervue Street, Belfast.
