Civilian Frances Halliday was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her husband Francis Halliday, and sons Harold Cecil Halliday and Isaac Venus Halliday at 27 Hogarth Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
