Civilian Francis Halliday was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his wife Frances Halliday, and sons Harold Cecil Halliday and Isaac Venus Halliday at 27 Hogarth Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
