Civilian Francis Millar was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived at 140 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
He was the son of the late William Millar and the late Mary Millar of Colin Glen Lodge, Dunmurry, Co. Antrim. Francis Millar died on 15th April 1941 aged 43 years old at 140 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast.
