Civilian Harold Cecil Halliday was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his parents Francis Halliday and Frances Halliday, and brother Isaac Venus Halliday at 27 Hogarth Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
