Civilian Hetty McNeill was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her mother Lorna McNeill, and brother Hugh Baxter McNeill at 65 Hogarth Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
She was the daughter of the late Hugh Baxter McNeill. Hetty McNeill died on 16th April 1941 aged 23 years old at Hogarth Street, Belfast.
