Civilian Hugh Baxter McNeill was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his mother Lorna McNeill, and sister Hetty McNeill at 65 Hogarth Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
He was the son of the late Hugh Baxter McNeill. Hugh Baxter McNeill died on 16th April 1941 aged 18 years old at Hogarth Street, Belfast.
