James Balmer died at his home at 172 Manor Street, Belfast on 16th April 1941 as the Luftwaffe dropped bombs across the north of the city in the Easter Raid.
Civilian James Balmer was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his wife Edith Maud Balmer at 172 Manor Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
He was the son of John Wesley Balmer and the late Martha Balmer. James Balmer died on 16th April 1941 aged 26 years old at 172 Manor Street, Belfast.
