Civilian John McErlean was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his wife Evelyn McErlean, and son Pierce McErlean at 40 Glenview Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
He was the son of Joseph McErlean and Elizabeth McErlean of 687 Crumlin Road, Belfast. John McErlean died on 16th April 1941 aged 25 years old at 91 Gracehill Street, Belfast.
