Civilian Lily Mary McCullagh was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her parents James Albert McCullagh and Mary Ann McCullagh, and sister Sarah Jane McCullagh at 103 Gainsborough Drive, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
