A.R.P. Warden Thomas Cooke was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his parents Patrick Cooke and Mary Anne Cooke at 34 Unity Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Thomas Cooke died on 16th April 1941 aged 22 years old at 34 Unity Street, Belfast.
