Civilian Vera Kelly was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her parents Patrick Kelly and Annie Kathleen Kelly, and brother Ernest Kelly at 3 Torrens Road, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
