Civilian William Henry Taggart was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his wife Elizabeth Taggart, and daughter Ellen Taggart at 29 Leonard Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
William Henry Taggart died on 15th April 1941 aged 42 years old at 135 Mervue Street, Belfast.
