Civilian William Ronald Elkin was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his parents Alexander McNeill Elkin and Mary Elkin, and brother Alexander Norman Elkin at 29 Avoca Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
